How it works.

You share your business information, audience and expertise. We research your visibility, build the answer layer and measure progress.

01

The full baseline scan.

We agree your offer, audience, service or sales area and three comparable businesses. Then we research which questions lead people to find and mention your business.

You see where you are already visible, where you are missing and where we start. We agree the schedule once the required business information is complete.

Included in your first paid month.

100+ questions, four AI models and Google. The earlier free scan is smaller: around 20 questions in ChatGPT.

  • Your offering and service or sales area mapped out
  • A consistent set of relevant customer questions
  • A comparison with three competitors
  • An evidence-based starting list for the work
02

Build your answer layer.

We build the answer layer on your own domain, develop your business profile and research relevant sources that support your expertise.

We agree the connection schedule with you or your web administrator. We explain the access needed and check the connection before the layer goes live.

  • Useful answers to substantive questions
  • Consistent information about your business
  • Clear source references and internal links
  • Your existing website stays recognisable
03

Measure every month and improve.

We repeat the measurements, review source references and address the next content improvements. You receive one report with outcomes and completed work.

The pace varies by business, topic and platform. Repeated measurements guide the next improvements.

How we measure your visibility.

How often does AI mention your business? For which questions? And how certain is that outcome? Your monthly report shows the answers and their limitations.

Switch between the three views to see the difference between a mention, a search result and a summary of repeated measurements.

All names, answers and figures in this display are fictional. They illustrate what we aim to make visible.

How often is your business mentioned?

We use 'mention share' for the proportion of measured answers that mention your business. The report also calls this share of voice. It is not market share or a percentage of new customers.

In this worked example, a business mentioned in 24 out of 100 answers has a 24% mention share. There is also uncertainty, which the interval helps indicate.

How many mention your business?

Indicative 95% interval: 17–33%

This is a Wilson interval for 100 assumed independent yes/no observations. Actual AI answers may be correlated. This example is not a client measurement or forecast.

What is in your monthly report.

The context of the question.

The question set, region, measurement date, models used and number of repetitions. You can see what the outcome is based on.

Mentions by platform.

Your business alongside three competitors, broken down by AI model. We show Google separately; a search result is not an AI answer.

Uncertainty included.

Repeated answers may resemble each other. We show the method, assumptions and margin, and avoid comparing incompatible measurements.

The sources behind the answer.

Where possible, we show which pages or sources are cited. We do not automatically count a citation and a business mention as the same thing.

The completed work.

What was added, changed or researched? Your report connects the outcomes to the work we completed for you.

The next priorities.

Which topics need more attention? We identify concrete next actions, including when a measurement stays the same or disappoints.

Your own baseline scan is the starting point. From there, you can follow changes. More mentions can increase visibility; they are not, by themselves, evidence of more leads or revenue.
