cognito processes your details to handle your enquiry and run the website. For questions, access, correction or deletion, email info@workwithmove.com.

Requesting a scan

We ask for your business name, website domain and business email address. You consent to our reviewing your request and contacting you. A name and service area are not needed for a scan. Older start forms may also contain a name, service area, plan choice and notes. Submitting a request does not start a subscription or sign you up for a newsletter.

Storage and abuse prevention

Cloudflare serves the website and stores requests in a restricted D1 database. Requests receive a reference number; their contents are not publicly accessible. To prevent abuse, we retain a hashed combination of IP address and date for up to two days. The request database does not contain readable IP addresses.

Visitor measurement

This version has no external visitor measurement enabled. The hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver and secure the website.

Images and fonts are loaded from this website. The fictional chat examples do not send data to OpenAI. This website does not set marketing cookies.

Retention and your rights

Requests, associated notification statuses and booking records are removed after 90 days during daily cleanup. Expired abuse-prevention data is removed daily. Data needed for a subsequent working relationship is covered by the agreements for that service.

You may withdraw consent and request access, correction or deletion. Email us, preferably with your reference number. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
