A content plan
built around customer questions.

A topic map connects your products or services to questions potential customers ask. We use it to decide what your website needs to explain, which existing pages are sufficient and where new answers are needed.

Where do the customer questions come from?

We start with your offer and questions received by customer support or sales. A buyer may want a chair for daily home working. A homeowner may want to understand an air-conditioning installation. Your product range, sales area or service area makes those questions specific.

We compare those questions with your existing website and baseline assessment. Which topics do you already cover? Where is your business missing from the answers studied? Does an opportunity match the products you sell or work you want? We do not choose a topic simply because a keyword exists.

What does a topic map look like?

Take “ergonomic office chairs”. A category page shows the range. A buying guide explains how to choose a chair; detailed answers cover seat height, materials and adjustment. For “air-conditioning installation”, connect the service page to answers about costs, fitting and maintenance.

Each answer page links to the product, service or a follow-up question where useful. People can move from comparison to purchase or enquiry. These are illustrative structures; the content always follows your actual offer.

  • Offer: which products or services suit the customer?
  • Exploration: what options and differences exist?
  • Practicalities: how do delivery, use or execution work?
  • Next step: view a suitable product or make contact.

How do we decide what comes first?

We weigh relevance to your offer, customer needs and the quality of existing information. If your main product category or service lacks a clear explanation, fixing that is more useful than publishing unrelated articles beyond your expertise.

Questions with the same intent can share one strong page. Questions needing their own explanation get a separate answer. This prevents repetition across pages and saves visitors from searching again.

What happens after the research?

The topic map guides the answer layer and the questions used to investigate visibility. You supply specific business information and expertise; we develop the structure and answers and review content details with you.

The map is not a one-off list left in a folder. Monthly improvements address missing or outdated information. This keeps content work connected to your business and to what measurements do and do not show.

Frequently asked questions

Does every customer question get a separate page?

No. Questions with the same intent often belong together. A separate page makes sense when it provides a useful answer of its own. We do not work towards a fixed number of blog posts.

Do we need to write all the content ourselves?

We handle the writing. We do need your information and expertise to represent your business accurately and check content assumptions.
